  • 22.5 mlChartreuse Yellow
  • 5 mlPastis
  • 22.5 mlLime juice
  • 5 mlAgave syrup

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of oregano sprig.

    Gently MUDDLE (just to bruise) oregano sprigs (stalks and leaves) in base of shaker.

    Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
