- 30 mlVodka
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 10 mlElderflower liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI (SMALL) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist (and a sprig of elderflower when in season)..
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
