- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 7.5 mlChilled water
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and lime wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with lime wedge on rim.
