Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlGinger liqueur
- 10 mlPeated malt whisky
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlHoney and water syrup

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare skewered crystallised ginger for garnish.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
