- 15 mlSpiced Pear liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashCelery bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
- 3RINSE chilled glass with absinthe, discard excess and set aside.
- 4Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- 6Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
