Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

RINSE chilled glass with absinthe, discard excess and set aside.

Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
