- 15 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlPeated malt whisky
- 15 mlCherry brandy
- 15 mlKirschwasser
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 30 mlOrange juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered maraschino cherries.
