Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and quarter orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with quarter orange wheel on rim.
