Ingredients
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 25 mlElderflower liqueur
- 25 mlLemon juice
- 4 dashAromatic bitters
- 4 fresh Mint leaves
- 1 barspoonHoney
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint leaf.
- 3POUR all ingredients into shaker and STIR to incorporate honey.
- 4SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with mint leaf floated on the cocktail or pegged/stuck with spot of honey to the rim.
