Ingredients
- 30 mlPastis
- 7.5 mlPeppermint syrup
- Top up with Chilled water
Method
- 1POUR pastis and mint syrup into glass.
- 2Serve iced water separately in small jug (known in France as a 'broc') so the customer can dilute to their own taste (I recommend five shots).
- 3Lastly, add ice to fill glass.
