Ingredients
- 30 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlPeated malt whisky
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlGinger liqueur
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
Method

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of skewered candied ginger and peated whisky from atomiser.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky and garnish with skewered candied ginger.
