Ingredients
- 30 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlPeated malt whisky
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlGinger liqueur
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered candied ginger and peated whisky from atomiser.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky and garnish with skewered candied ginger.
