Ingredients
- 50 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 20 mlLime juice
- 12.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 50 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple or lime wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
- 5Garnish with pineapple or lime wedge on rim.
