Ingredients
- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlLime juice
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlPineapple syrup
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
