Ingredients
- 50 mlBourbon whiskey
- 40 mlPineapple liqueur
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlVanilla liqueur
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge or dehydrated pineapple slice.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
