Ingredients
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dropDaiquiri bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into salt).
- 3Prepare garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
