Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 40 mlVodka
- 40 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 7.5 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of float half a fresh passion fruit boat.
- 3Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
- 4SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 2 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
- 5Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Garnish with one of the remaining passion fruit halves floated on surface.
