- 60 mlPisco
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare white/green grapes for garnish.
- 3MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Garnish with grapes.
