  • 60 mlPisco
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method

    BLEND lime and sugar to dissolve sugar.

    Add pisco, egg white and 6oz scoop crushed ice and BLEND again.
  3. 3
    Serve with paper straws.
