Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

Prepare garnish of scoop of pistachio gelato/ice cream.

POUR first 3 ingredients into the larger of your shaker tins.

ADD ice and then pistachio cream liqueur (this helps prevent the creamy liqueur from splitting).

SHAKE and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with a scoop of pistachio gelato/ice cream placed in centre of cocktail.
