Ingredients
- 60 mlVanilla vodka
- 10 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 2.5 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 22.5 mlPistachio cream liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of scoop of pistachio gelato/ice cream.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into the larger of your shaker tins.
- 4ADD ice and then pistachio cream liqueur (this helps prevent the creamy liqueur from splitting).
- 5SHAKE and strain back into shaker.
- 6DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 7FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 8Garnish with a scoop of pistachio gelato/ice cream placed in centre of cocktail.
