Ingredients
- 30 mlAmontillado sherry
- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 15 mlGin
- 7.5 mlChilli liqueur
- 4 dropChocolate bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered candied ginger.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger and orange zest twist.
