Ingredients
- 22.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlGrand Marnier
- 22.5 mlApricot liqueur
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and 2 drops of bitter on foamy head (spread with a cocktail stick) .
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
