  • 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
  • 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
  • 1 dashAromatic bitters
  • 2 dropSaline solution 4:1

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of star anise.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
