Ingredients
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlMezcal
- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of star anise.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with star anise floated on surface.
