  • 1⁄4 fresh Lemon (fresh)
  • 40 mlLimoncello liqueur
  • 2 dashAromatic bitters
  • 105 mlTonic water
Method

    Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon slice.
  3. 3
    MUDDLE lemon in base of shaker and then pour into serving glass.

    FILL glass with ice.
  5. 5
    Add limoncello and bitters.
  6. 6
    TOP with tonic water and briefly stir.
  7. 7
    Garnish with lemon slice.
