Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlCherry brandy
- 5 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 10 mlChilled water
- 4 dropChocolate bitters
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sprayed with chocolate bitters).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
