- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 7.5 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 1.25 mlPimento dram
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and skewer with a dart-like cocktail stick for garnish.
