- 30 mlGentian liqueur
- 20 mlOverproof gin
- 20 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 5 dropGrapefruit bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed and discarded) and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry in glass.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
