- 50 mlApple juice
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 10 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare thin apple slice (ideally dehydrated) for garnish.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.
