- 1⁄6 fresh Melon (Cantaloupe)
- 45 mlVodka
- 45 mlWhite port
- 45 mlTawny port
Method
- 1CUT melon into eight segments and de-seed.
- 2Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker.
- 3Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
