Ingredients
- 2 barspoonHoney
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 2 fresh Passion fruit
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlGrenadine syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1STIR honey with bourbon in base of shaker to dissolve honey.
- 2Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker.
- 3Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
