- 20 mlOrgeat syrup
- 20 mlLime juice
- 15 mlAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (preferably dehydrated)..
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with (dehydrated) lime wheel floated on surface.
