- 5 mlLemon juice
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest and quarter orange slice wheel..
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with quarter orange slice on rim.
