  • 1 fresh Shiso/Perilla leaf
  • 45 mlCognac (brandy)
  • 25 mlLime juice
  • 20 mlVanilla sugar syrup
  • 1 dashAromatic bitters

    Gently MUDDLE shisho leaf in base of shaker (just to bruise), add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
