Ingredients
- 4 fresh Raspberries
- 50 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of drops aromatic bitters.

MUDLLE raspberries in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with 2 drops of aromatic bitters on foam head.
