- 5 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 30 mlBrut sparkling wine

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of skewered pineapple cube and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker.

Add next 5 ingredients (all but sparkling wine) and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
