Ingredients
- 1 cube Pineapple (fresh)
- 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 5 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 30 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered pineapple cube and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker.
- 4Add next 5 ingredients (all but sparkling wine) and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6TOP with sparkling wine.
- 7Garnish with skewered pineapple cube and maraschino cherry.
