Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlMezcal
- 22.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 7.5 mlGentian liqueur
- 3 dropXocolatl mole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
