Ingredients
- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlPumpkin spice syrup
- 3 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1POUR absinthe into chilled glass and rotate glass to coat the inside with absinthe.
- 2Shake out excess and place glass to one side.
- 3STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
