Ingredients
- 15 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 22.5 mlCoffee liqueur
- 75 mlHot filter coffee
- 7.5 mlPumpkin spice syrup
- 22.5 mlWhipping cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- 3POUR the first 4 ingredients into pre-heated glass.
- 4Steam cream (or heat in a milk frother) and pour over the back of a spoon to FLOAT.
- 5Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
