- 15 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 22.5 mlCoffee liqueur
- 75 mlHot filter coffee
- 7.5 mlPumpkin spice syrup
- 22.5 mlWhipping cream

Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

POUR the first 4 ingredients into pre-heated glass.

Steam cream (or heat in a milk frother) and pour over the back of a spoon to FLOAT.

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
