- 30 mlDark/black rum
- 7.5 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice and cherry on stick (sail).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
