Ingredients
- 45 mlVodka
- 15 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
- 2No garnish to prepare.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5POUR the liqueur down the inside of the glass. (This will fall to the bottom and form a purple haze.).
- 6Serve naked, without garnish.
