- 25 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 25 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 7.5 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a BELGIUM BEER GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet, lime slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
