- 50 mlLight white rum
- 20 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup 1:1
- 3 dashCelery bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of atomiser spray of peated whisky.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Using atomiser, spray two spritzes peated whisky over top of glass and one on the side.
