  • 50 mlLight white rum
  • 20 mlAmbrato vermouth
  • 20 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlSugar syrup 1:1
  • 3 dashCelery bitters

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of atomiser spray of peated whisky.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. 5
    Using atomiser, spray two spritzes peated whisky over top of glass and one on the side.
