  • 60 mlVodka
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    STIR quince jam with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve jam.

    Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
