Ingredients
- 50 mlAmericano rosso
- 25 mlScotch whisky
- 10 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 2 dropChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with cacao powder (moisten outside rim with sugar syrup and dip into cacao powder).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
