Ingredients
- 50 mlAmericano rosso
- 25 mlScotch whisky
- 10 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 2 dropChocolate bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

RIM glass with cacao powder (moisten outside rim with sugar syrup and dip into cacao powder).

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
