- 45 mlPineau des Charentes
- 15 mlApricot liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated orange slice wheel and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with dehydrated orange slice and skewered maraschino cherries.
