  • 15 mlApricot liqueur
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of dehydrated orange slice wheel and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

    FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

    Garnish with dehydrated orange slice and skewered maraschino cherries.
