- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlTriple sec
- 10 mlAgave syrup
- 4 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 75 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge or lime slice wheel.
- 3POUR first 5 ingredients into glass and stir to combine.
- 4ADD soda (or sparkling water).
- 5FILL glass with ice.
- 6Garnish with lime wedge or slice.
