- 7.5 mlPastis
- 45 mlSingle malt Scotch whisky
- 15 mlPeated malt whisky
- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 7.5 mlChilled water
Method
- 1POUR pastis into a chilled ice-fillled glass, TOP with chilled water and leave to stand.
- 2Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 3DISCARD contents of glass (pastis, water and ice) and STRAIN contents of stirring glass into pastis-coated glass.
