Ingredients
- 10 fresh Raspberries
- 60 mlVodka
- 45 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlRaspberry liqueur
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashOrange bitters
- Top up with Soda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries and lemon slice wheel.
- 3Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5TOP with soda and briefly stir.
- 6Garnish with lemon wheel and skewered raspberries.
