- 20 mlVodka
- 20 mlBecherovka liqueur
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 82.5 mlPilsner lager
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a RUM BARREL MUG OR PINT GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
- 3MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients and THROW with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
