- 22.5 mlPear juice
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 3 dropVanilla bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 22.5 mlProsecco
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5TOP with sparkling wine.
- 6Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
