- 50 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of redcurrants.
- 3MUDDLE redcurrants in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with redcurrants draped over rim.
