- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 45 mlOrange juice
- 12.5 mlStrawberry sugar syrup
- 10 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and mint sprigs bouquet.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge skewered with maraschino cherry and mint sprigs bouquet.
